between these two but unlike the presidential debate where you had a former law professor and former ceo, these are two guys with blue collar backgrounds and have spent a lot of time out there campaigning. how noticeable do you think that's going to be? >> it takes one to know one. these are the two beer drinkers in this race. the president and governor romney, no insult intended, can seem a bit elite, detached sometimes. these are more blue collar guys. they're comfortable in an irish pub, in a vfw post. that's their job on the campaign trail, go out and get the working class voters who could be key especially in some of the idaho in west battleground states. they are somewhat alike these two, and that's what's stroefting. liberals are looking for biden to put up the fight the president did not bring to the first debate. both campaigns view this as a base election. you have here a leading conservative, potential 2016 candidate if mitt romney loses and the vice president of the united states, a leading liberal who hasn't ruled out a 2016 run of his own. >> there's a 2016 subplot already

. my in-laws are in town. >> are they. >> so we're coming into the city. >> oh, my goodness. >> all weekend long. >> it is going to be crazy in the city. there's so many things going on. we are hoping the weather will cooperate. we'll see tooler temperatures in the bay area no getting around that, we'll see cooler temperatures. the key will be to get rid of low clouds. it will be cool enough mixing out some low clouds. but today we are starting out with plenty of clouds, by the afternoon some sunshine. but looks like temperatures going to stay cool to mild outside well below the average. and then the whole weekend looks like we'll stay below average in fact probably a little bit cooler as we head in toward sunday. this low will continue to slowly work its way toward the coastline. that is going to bring with it that cool marine air outside so that will drop the temperatures. we have delays at sfo of an hour and a half almost on arriving flights there. partly cloudy by the afternoon. around the country we are looking at 84 degrees in

the first thing you have to do is let all of the 2001-2003 tax laws sunset. go away. that's a tax increase, most of which the president wouldn't support. then you have to cut by $5 trillion. so compared to where we are now it's a much smaller reduction in tax revenue which makes it easier to fill the revenue hole and we have five studies, one from martin feldstein, one from the tax foundation, one from the american enterprise institute, we have studies that show there are plans that meet the governor's goal, cut rates 20% across the board, don't lose revenue and make sure the rich pay their fair share of taxes so it can be done. >> brown: but as to filling the le that we're talking about" those studies -- >> they fill the hole. >> brown: but it depends on where you're at in terms of your income. >> so i think the key is there are tax plans that can fill that hole. jared can write a tax plan that fills that hole and raises taxes and those are the one it is democrats are referring to. >> brown: go ahead. >> first of all, some of what doug just said confused me even more about this because go

kids shot a video stung to see, a woman and what appears to be total disregard for the law and the safety for those kids. a brazen maneuver caught on tape, without even pausing. watch as this driver pulls up on to the curb and drives down the sidewalk to avoid waiting behind a school bus for handicapped children. >> comes through here every morning, goes around the school bus every morning. >> reporter: not just goes around. in the video you can clearly she sheena hardin doesn't just illegally pass on the right but uses a pedestrian walkway as a detour, and this was all captured by the bus driver. mom lisa kelly saw it every day, too, as she waited for the bus to pick up her daughter. >> what if it was her in a wheelchair. >> reporter: hardin does this all the time, but they needed proofrks so the driver got out his cell phone camera and started rolling, getting all the proof needed. the next day a cleveland police officer was ready and waiting. >> all right. she has been caught. justice has been served. >> reporter: hardin appeared in court on tuesday and plead not guilty

a public records request in mexico, using their public records law. we got thousands and thousands of serial numbers of seizures of the defense ministry of weapons they had seized. they took those serial numbers and compared them to the serial numbers of a list of fast and furious guns that they also obtained and we got 96 exact matches. then we took those 96 exact matches sw cross referenced them with the list of around 122 guns that congress had and also serial numbers that the mexican government had made available through press releases. and we got that number, 57 unknown weapons. >> you also conclude d that mexican officials knew about fast and furious long before they admitted it. >> yes. we found that through sources and documentation, there was a mexican justice official station in the atf phoenix field division, atf office that ran fast and furious. and this official was there many months before the operation began and didn't leave until it was over. he was experienced with atfs weapons tracking databases and the tracking system. he was also on the same floor as the fast an
